We have stayed at this property many times over the last 6 years but this will be the last time.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our time at this property was filled with disappointment. The reception staff at check in we barely competent, it took far longer than it should for them to find our booking and to check us in and issue us with keys to the room. The room was very small and not very well maintained at all. The remote for the heating had a low battery alarm displayed and did not seem to be working. The bed was so uncomfortable both my wife and I struggled to get to sleep every night. There were broken switches on power points that frankly looked dangerous. We had issues wilth the room keycard not working on one ocassion and it was pure frustration trying to explain the issue to the reception staff and getting a replacement keycard. At check out we were again challenged regarding payment for the room, which had been paid in full when we made the booking. The recpetion staff demanded to see a receipt of some proof of payment.
There are pleanty of other properties in the immediate area and we will be looking to stay at one of them in future. - 3.4Cleanliness issuesNEERAJ - May 9, 2017
We were there for for days but not even a single day the bathrooms were cleaned. House keeping was just making the bed & changing the towels
That's it. No room service available. For every little things like milk, tea bags, towels,we have to go down to reception.

I have lived in Sydney for 13yrs and the hotel was clean, simple and a fantastic location! All staff were very friendly and we even got an early check-in.
Compared to the price of other hotels in the city this was an absolute bargain!!!!! :D
