THE WORST 5 STAR HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT. MANAGEMENT ARE CLASSLESS & IT WAS A TOTAL RIP OFF AT JUST UNDER 1000 Euros per night. Offer a complimentary drink but when we went to the bar to get the drink they put a bowl of snacks in front of us. In front of all the other guests the Manager said "Don\'t give them the free food because it is a complimentary drink & he pulled the food away !!!!." We never asked for anything Free !!!!! And at other 5 star Hotels they gave us a whole bottle of champagne complimentary so The Hyatt should just keep their lousy stingy single glass !!!!! So they are happy to offer bar visitors (non-residents) the free snack with their drink but residents who pay nearly 1000 euros they embarrass in front of all the other guests when it was THEIR mistake !!! Anybody who had any class would just have left the snacks & told the barman quietly afterwards !!!! NEVER been so disgusted with a 5 star hotel as this. We had to boil the kettle on the floor & there were a million other problems. A MALE cleaner refused to leave the (LADIES !!) bathroom so that I could use it. (Who even uses a male cleaner in a female toilet ???) They told us there was no hot breakfast (only continental) but then offered it to another guest. They removed our cutlery while we were still busy eating. Service was terrible. A hotel employee tried to open the toilet door so violently that she nearly broke it, without knocking, when I panicked & said "a closed door means you should always knock" she screamed at me "Ah what are you panicking for, the door is locked!" (Where do these people get their management from ???) BORING DECOR & NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THE ROOM ! THERE ARE BETTER TOP HOTELS CLOSE BY. THE ARMANI HOTEL was fully booked but in spite of us not being residents they still tried to find a table for us for dinner. Now that is class. Park Hyatt Milan is a Total lack of class !!!! Disgusting !!!! WORST 5 STAR MANAGMENT EVER EVEN WORSE THAN THE TRULY HORRIFIC MANAGEMENT AT THE MARINE IN HERMANUS (CAPE - SOUTH AFRICA) & THE WE DONT CARE ABOUT OUR GUESTS & LETS SEE WHERE WE CAN RIP YOU OFF VICEROY HOTEL IN MIAMI !!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT A HYATT OR RECOMMEND THEM !!!!!
