Guests who stayed at the Hotel Su were pleasantly surprised by their spacious and bright rooms, equipped with mirrors and even an extra bed on the terrace. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes in a spectacular buffet, while the gym impressed with its modern equipment. The complimentary Turkish bath was highly recommended, although it required understanding the protocol. The hotel also had a beachside bar with reserved sun loungers and efficient waitstaff at reasonable prices. While most of the staff lacked English fluency, they were generally friendly. Some minor issues included a billing error that took time to resolve and a problematic terrace door. However, the hotel's location, food taste, cleanliness, and attentive guest relations staff were highly praised, making it a place guests would return to.
