What do guests think about this lodging establishment?
Based on the reviews provided, there are a few key points to note. The main issue mentioned by some guests is the uncomfortable and noisy beds, as well as the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Some visitors also felt that for the price paid, there are better hotel options available. On the positive side, many guests appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, along with the well-equipped facilities. The convenience of having a Lidl nearby and easy access to the city centre was also mentioned positively. In summary, while the accommodation offers spacious rooms and good amenities, improvements are needed in terms of bed comfort and soundproofing to provide a better experience for guests.

Outside the hotel itself looks lovely. The public areas are very nice.
However the rooms are in need of total renovation. There was mould in the shower, the furniture is all badly marked with cigarette burns and scratches.
This though is not the worst aspect. The hotel faces hundreds of dilapidated apartments and the overall area is run down. Not a "privileged commercial and financial area" as it says in the description.
What is even worse is that you do not feel safe when going out, particularly after you read the booklet in the room that gives in depth security to be observed both inside and outside the hotel. We have never seen this before.
On our first night as soon as we went down the steps of the hotel we were approached by a man wanting money who was obviously under the influence. We went quickly back into the hotel and he followed us. Even worse was that the staff that were there, ,including reception a waiter and waitress and the security guard started laughing. When we voiced our anger the security man removed the man from the hotel. He was still around when a taxi drew up with two young Spanish ladies in it. He was there for several minutes until the ladies managed to get out and came running up the hotel steps really frightened. It was only then that the staff took it seriously and told the man they would call the police.

Very nice hotel, welcoming staff on the reception. The only thing I can say negatively is that the bar closed too early. I was there for a concert but I couldn't get a nightcap. I could have ordered a bottle of wine from room service but I only wanted a g

Nice hotel, although they did lose our booking at first on our arrival. Food was ok but could be more varied.

Superb hotel with great staff. Room excellent with spacious bathroom. Twin beds exceptional. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, hot and cold. Pool and surroundings were well laid out and well maintained. Definitely stay again.
