Stunningly nice rooms in a terrific building! My visit was marred by being served a cooked cockroach with my fried egg. After I sent it back, they sent out a replacement with a cooked fly.

The oldest hotel in the world (year 1499). The rooms are of generous size with classic furniture. Great breakfast. It faces the main square of Santiago with the cathedral, you can breath history in your stay. You walk through cloisters to get to the room
