The reviews for the specific accommodation highlight several key points. On the positive side, guests appreciate the convenient location near the central plaza and bus stop, as well as the helpful and English-speaking staff. The comfortable rooms, fast WiFi, and great breakfast are also praised. However, there are some areas for improvement. Guests mention a strong smell of paint or varnish, which is particularly problematic for those with asthma. Some reviewers had issues with cold rooms, threadbare bed linens and towels, non-functioning toilets, and unreliable locks on doors. One guest also experienced a rude manager who refused a refund for a mouldy room. Overall, the accommodation is appreciated for its location and friendly staff, but improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.
