The Bugibba

I have spent 12 days in an apartment in this hotel. Overall the experience was nice. The location is very very good. The sea and the beach is at 5min walking time. Lots of shops, restauramts, pubs and a few supermarkets and convenience stores nearby the hotel.
The room was equipped with a mobile AC and a fan, I guess that due to covid regulations they could not use the buildings AC. It took 4 days for the house cleaning to clean the apartment. Afterwards it was cleaned more often, as we have complained. The kitchen and bathroom furniture was old. The living room and bedroom furniture was mew. The fridge was quite bad as the door seal was not sealing anything. We found some bugs in the kitchen.
The swimming pool view was very nice, as well as the swimming pool, we have used it a few times. Parking places were not that hard to find. There is a big parking field nearby, just up the hill of the hotel.

This hotel is not at all worth the money we paid for. All inclusive is restricted to two drinks per person on a night. Coffees were not included and we had to pay extra until we spoke to the manager who then sorted this issue and refunded the money spent for the coffees. The food in the restaurant that is included with all inclusive is either leftovers from earlier in the day or from the day before (not all food was like this but one pot at least every meal time was definitely leftovers each time. There were 3 bars within the hotel at a time. One near the pool which seemed to only have juice, water, beer and coffee and nothing else. It was listed that snacks are included with all inclusive but there were none available throughout our holiday. The second bar was in the restaurant which only served Carbonated orange, Lemonade, Beer, Coffee and water, nothing else. The last bar on the other hand was the best as drinks were not so limited but for most of the drinks we wanted could not be made as they didn't have the ingredients (although it was listed a cocktail bar we did not get any said cocktails other than simple mixers such as gin and tonic etc.) The staff can also be rude at times when mentioning to them what is included with the all inclusive if we kept getting denied everything, as well as this every time we did ask for a drink it seemed as if they were pouring the drink out of their own money and seemed like they were losing so much that we felt awkward asking for drinks. Everything seemed so budgeted in the hotel that the cleanliness was just as bad, around the pool and in the room itself. I do not recommend this hotel and it honestly ruined our holiday a little bit, even though we paid for all inclusive the last days of our holiday we were going out to eat after finding raw chicken in the meals. It's disgusting and horrible.
