Worst Stay ever, dont go

Aparthotel Club Martha\'s didn\'t like to us. Hotel have 4 stars, but we think that it have less stars. The room is very small. 15 square meters-it all area of room including a bathroom, a living room about 10 meters.We wanted to put baby bed, but then it sit in room we can\'t to go in room because haven\'t place!
Cleaning is very bad, a dirt sweep on corners. The bed-clothes are changed by once a week, towels forget to change. The cleaning woman came to be cleaned at any time though we some times asked on a reception not to disturb us from 14.00, till 16.00 as at this time my daughter usually sleeps. Without results. Some times the cleaner awoke my daughter.We asked to replace cleaning woman, on a reception have told that it is impossible.
Sometimes cleaners in general forgot to come to day of cleaning. But in day of departure it has come to 10 mornings (the check in 11 a.m) and while we carried a part of our things in a car, she has thrown out our things from room in a garbage tank. She told that was mistaken.
The lock on a door isn\'t serviceable. A teapot and the TV in number studio for an additional payment. At inclusion of a teapot at us light was switched off. Many ants were on the ground floor. Air-conditioner didn\'t work until then we go to reception.There was no frying pan and pans, we asked on the reception.
Hotel awful, service too. I recommend to nobody.We very much regret that have chosen this hotel for rest.
