The hotel's pools were said to be dirty, with guests not showering before entering. The breakfast buffet was described as simple with limited options for a 5-star hotel. However, positive comments highlighted the hotel's exclusive adult-only area, excellent customer service, and well-maintained facilities. It has been my second time at the hotel, and the hotel remains the same good level (cleanliness, quietness, etc.)

Visited this place as part of my birthday treat in October 2019, stayed for a week and decided to treat myself to an upgrade club class. Club class entitles you to a secluded pool area with Balinese beds, sufficient sunbeds, a pool bar and unlimited beach

The hotel occupies a large area with numerous pools, restaurants and bars and facilities for youngsters. We are staying in a separate area, Volcan Club, which is child free and has it's own pool. The breakfasts here are served and there is a few hours of

Never been to Lanzarotte so visited with trepidation. Well how good was this hotel brilliant. Huge but we were there in a quiet month. Just perfect. Loved every minute and have already booked a return. Hopefully the same quiet room.
