The air-conditioned apartments was built in 1992 and consists of 6 floors with a total of 200 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the stylish foyer, which offers a 24-hour reception, as well as a safe, cloakroom, currency exchange and lift access to the upper floors. Additional amenities include a games room, a TV room and a children's playground. Guests can enjoy a drink at the café and cosy bar, and dine in the air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. Internet access is also available.

The tastefully decorated apartments include combined living and sleeping quarters, a separate bedroom, as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. Apartments also feature a safe, a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave. Moreover, there is air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. All rooms are cleaned on departure.

The establishment houses a vast pool and garden complex with a freshwater swimming pool, a children's swimming area, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. An entertainment programme for adults provides variation on a daily basis. The beautiful sandy beach of Capellans is only 500 m away and offers sun loungers and parasols.
