We arrived at the hotel on Saturday, there was a long queue at the reception due to non of the room keys working.
This wasn't a great start. The bed was quite comfy, nice pllows and decent bedding. The sofa bed was very uncomfortabel, springs could be felt and it definitely was not big enough for more than 1 person.
She shower was nice, good water pressure. The rainshower on the other hand was broken.
We put a room service breakfast orser oknour door to arrive between 0830 and 0900.
At 0915 still nothing arrived so I rang reception. They explained that some one may have moved the order from our door and put it onto someone else's room as someone 3lse complained they received breakfast they didn't order. Rubbish excuse as the room number is written on the tag. 10.00 still nothing, I rang again. Still.no breakfast.... It eventually arrived at 10.30, 2 hours later !
The room overall wasn't bad, very hot but given the old building and no Aircon I could accept that.
Overall not the best stay and we won't be back .
