I am very much disappointed with the service by destina , because hotel told me there is no reservation made in my name , and i have to phone you up and waited in the reception for an about an hour after a long travel. I had a plan to book with you in Malaysia in june/july next year , but I doubt that I will do that with you

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms! Staff were so friendly and really went out of there way to help. Would definitely stay here again on my return to Amsterdam

I want to advise everybody about not to book in this hotel. It practices overbooking. I paid my room with Desninia and when I arrived to the hotel the told me that my room was not available for overbooking reasons. This is unacceptable in a hotel where it supposes you arrive after a long trip to rest and then you find that you paid room doesn\'t exist. They lasted one hour and a half to reallocate us in a hotel of which they didn\'t provide the right information and we didn\'t like it. No claims form was available to inform Authorities about this overbooking practice and therefore no penalty or correction to this practice from Dutch authorities can be made.
This is not acceptable in an European country.
