The hotel is in an excellent location and has excellent staff. We found the meal and bar service a bit slow but we're on vacation so who cares? The cleaning could be a bit more meticulous. Upon entering the room we found black hairs in the bathroom, on the counter and in the sink, and the chairs in the room are in need of a really good cleaning. The hotel is fairly quiet. I believe the higher up you go the quieter it will be. We were on the 12th floor and had no complaints the first night but the 2nd morning, starting around 5am and lasting a couple of hours, we heard a thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, on and off, on and off, on and off. We think it was the service elevator and that they were bringing down a bunch of luggage but really have no idea what it was. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep that morning and this affected the rest of our day. The food is OK. Some is excellent and some is good and some is not so good. They really need to cook their eggs more and get a more varied selection of breads in my opinion. All in all, we would recommend and we would stay there again. The view is amazing and you are close to so much.
