    Everything was good but don’t understand why you have a separate bathroom and toilet but worse than that no washbasin in the toilet so you can’t wash your hands before having to open 2 doors and if you use the toilet whilst someone else is having a shower you can’t wash your hands until they’ve finished ( very unhygienic)

    Hotel was as good as usual but very quiet as was London itself. Staff were always on hand if needed & very helpful. It was excellent value for money & there were some great restaurants nearby. Will definately use Destinia again to book our next trip there.
